Why can’t you guarantee 100% accuracy?
Every construction project, no matter how organized, will run into its share of obstacles and necessary pivots will need to be made to ensure that the project stays on track. Additionally, there are certain portions of the project that may be unknown until we get to the actual design stages. Examples may be site utility costs or storm sewer requirements, but we handle these unknowns with allowances for what we believe may have to occur based upon our experiences.
When does a conceptual cost estimate usually occur?
As the term suggests, conceptual cost estimates ordinarily occur prior to choosing a project strategy.
Does a sales representative provide the conceptual cost estimate?
We don’t have a sales team, but rest assured that our knowledgeable estimator or project manager is ready to assist you.
Energy-efficiency is very important to me. Will this raise the cost significantly?
While a conceptual cost estimate will provide a more accurate answer, in general, energy-efficient construction materials are pricier, but you can save in the form of lowered energy costs.
